tone up a bit buut not much. it will brigthen up ur face a bit and remember to double cleanse because it will clog ur pore if u dont

Might feel a dry but good for summer. The good point for me is it doesn’t create oil during the day which can cause breakout, milk texture with a little tone up. Can just use it without powder
