What I love most about this product is that it's non-comedogenic and safe for fungal acne, which are rare to find in a rice-based skincare product. It helps brighten and soften my skin. It feels light and non-greasy on my skin. I also love how plump and soft it leaves my face. I'm usually picky with toners, but this one is perfect for my dry, dull skin!
